Description
This is an original version, it has original Instagram bundle ID. You need to delete original Instagram before installing. It has Plugins/Extensions removed so it can be signed with free Apple IDs.
Regram is your all-in-one tweak for Instagram. Currently in beta and available only to Patreon subscribers.
Activate license by connecting your Patren account from inside Regram Settings.
Access Regram settings by long-pressing on Home tab bar button or from Instagram settings.

This update contains the following changes:
• Bug fixes and compatibility updates for IG 418.
• The crash that happened on 415 for some users was fixed on 417+
• Fixed DM only app on recent IG updates after moving the DM access to tab bar.
• Some changes that should help loading FFmpeg when signed with some signing stores to prevent Merge Failed issues.
• Changed the way Regram marks messages as seen in DMs to a better way.
